This large hall is a 5,834 sq.ft performance and event space designed to host a variety of artistic, cultural, community, social and educational activities. The hall is equipped with a complete sound and theatrical lighting system, rigging points and catwalks. It features a 300-seat retractable bleacher system and two retractable walls for maximum flexibility.

Outdoor Space: Direct access to 4,000 sq.ft. MDC Courtyard
Screen/Projector: In-house, ceiling-mounted LCD projector, 4000 ANSI Lumen and capable of full HD projection. 16′ x 9′ fastfold screen able to be hung in a number of configurations.
Stage: 6 pieces of 4′ x 8′ stage riser available with legs at 1′ high. Additional stage configurations can be accommodated but may require the rental of additional pieces and equipment. A dark wooden podium with microphone is available.
Lighting: Dimmable house lighting. A catwalk system with full complement of theatrical lighting and 192 dimmers with digital lighting console.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
