We want your space to be successful! High-quality photos of your location are one of the best ways to increase your number of bookings. We provide professional photoshoots for eligible listings at preferred rates.

How it works

Request a photoshoot.
Location owners in our primary cities are offered an appointment shortly after listing. To see if you’re eligible, you can either request an appointment by email or through our photography request form.
Shoot your space
If your location is eligible, we’ll connect you with one of our photographers so you can schedule a one-hour session during the day. Once you've booked, we’ll send you tips to help you prepare your space.
Optimize your listing
After your appointment, your photos will be edited and automatically uploaded to your listing within two weeks. We’ll also optimize your description to include keywords to help make sure your listing appears in the right searches. Finally, we’ll let you know when your listing is ready!
Tips
Preparing your space
  • Open any blinds or curtains.
  • Put away dirty dishes, hygiene products (soaps, shampoos, etc.), clothing and/or other small items that may clutter your space.
  • Remove any valuables you do not wish to be photographed.
  • Remove pool vacuums and trash from outdoor spaces.

During the photo session, please keep any pets confined to one area of the home during the shoot. While we love animals, please do not allow pets to jump on your photographer upon their arrival.

Frequently asked questions

Is my place eligible for a photoshoot? Currently, this service is only available to residential locations in our major cities, including Toronto, Miami, Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. This service is unavailable during winter seasons. Can I keep my photos? You will be able to download your photos directly from your listing, the files will remain in their high quality format and will be watermarked with the Set Scouter logo. If you’re interested, you can also purchase digital, non-watermarked copies. Let us know and we can help with next steps! Is there a cost for the photoshoot? Our professional photoshoots are available at preferred rates for eligible listings. High-quality photos help drive more traffic to listings, ultimately leading to more bookings—a win/win for everyone! What will be photographed? We encourage homeowners to have as much of their home photographed as possible. Typically producers are looking for kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, backyards, bedrooms (master and kids) and master bathrooms, so the more that’s available on the listing the better!
