Two story European inspired farmhouse north of Atlanta, GA. House sits on a 5 acre wooded lot.
Property consists of a house and separate garage connected by a breezeway. The house has a turret which contains a spiral staircase to the second floor.
A vaulted kitchen/parlor area with a working 1920s Magic Chef stove and a restored icebox/converted refrigerator welcome visitors to the house. An open two-story library with a painted mural ceiling, fireplace and a secret room is the heart of the house.
The spacious master and two additional bedrooms fill out the space. The master bathroom is large with a separate shower and iron tub. The master bath connects via art deco swan doors into the master closet. The secondary bedrooms are upstairs -- one with twin beds and the second decorated in an Asian motif.
There are two secret doorways (one behind a bookcase in the library) and one trap door down to a cellar.
In addition, there is a dragon chimney pot on the roof.
The house is eclectic and unique while still being comfortable and cozy. It is available at most times for both day and night time shooting.
Smoking is not permitted inside unless part of the script. Smoking is permitted on the back screened porch.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
