At our Church, we value our community and enjoy partnering with people and groups who need space to hold meetings, workshops, celebrations, weddings, concerts, funerals/memorial services, or even for filming locations or art performances!
We are actively seeking to rent out our large, beautiful Sanctuary that is currently available most weekdays, and all day Saturdays.
All items you see on the stage in the pictures can be removed to leave a completely open stage setting.
Accommodating up to 75 people under covid-19 health restrictions (a usual capacity of 300), this space is ideal for concerts, worship services, cultural ceremonies, and filming. With beautiful wood pews, high ceilings, stain glassed windows and great natural light!
The Sanctuary is located on the same floor as the washrooms and the kitchenette, as well as the Skylight Room where you will find our AED device and First Aid Kit.
The rate varies and is dependent on your needs and the size of your group (please contact us for more details and to discuss). Recurring/long term rentals prices are negotiable.
**Important things to note:**
- There is a minimum 2 hour rental requirement on all rooms.
- All renters are required to obtain third-party event liability insurance covering any and all events they book rental space for in the church.

Please also note that this is an inclusive and welcoming community, seeking to build relationships with all people by actively supporting inter-faith work, being supportive allies of the LGBTQ2S community, and seeking reconciliation and justice for our Indigenous friends and family.

Cancellation Policy
Standard
Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more

Productions may cancel their booking up to 14 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 14 days and 7 days before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
