This is a gorgeous loft with exposed brick, high ceilings and a ton of character in an old industrial building on the Brooklyn waterfront. Situated in trendy Greenpoint, the loft is in a space with a lot of production studios and film sets so it is easy for load in and out in the building while getting that amazing original charm of an industrial space! There is office furniture and seating in the space which can be rearranged and is fairly flexible. Half of the space is open and can be cleared out. There is a view of Manhattan and the east river, and hanging plants to make the space really feel alive, exposed brick and amazing high ceilings. Open to different uses - great for production or coworking! Wifi, internet, and many types of tools and props available. This is not a living space so there is *no bathroom* or kitchen in the space itself. There is a bathroom down the hall for communal use.
