This is a historic ranch set in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The ranch features a 2 story rock home with 24" interior walls. It is a classic design, 10' wide hallway runs the length of the home both upstairs and down. Porches also span the upstairs and down on both the north and south side of the home.
In addition a 1,800 square foot stone barn sits and the bottom of the hill from the main house. The barn was also completed in 1880's and feature high cathedral ceilings.
The ranch sits on 850 acres and features up to 400' of elevation changes, large granite outcroppings, Texas Live Oaks, seasonal creeks and many spring fed ponds.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
