Wide range of different perspectives and natural lighting to play with. 120 volt electrical available on both barn levels. Kitchen and washroom facilities available in main house. Owners onsite at all times for added support as needed. Bookings available between 7am and 10pm everyday of the week with minimum 2-hour booking.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
